Information we collect
For hiring requests: your business contact details, employer name, details of the role and message. For candidates: your contact information, field of work, preferred region and information you choose to include in your résumé or message. Do not send social insurance numbers, medical information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use information
To respond to employers, review candidate submissions, discuss employment opportunities and communicate with the individuals concerned. We do not sell candidate lists or use the information for unrelated marketing.
Sharing information
We do not automatically forward your résumé to an employer. We will contact you to obtain the appropriate authorization before presenting your identifiable application to an employer. Service providers may process information to operate our website, forms and email.
Providers and transfers
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Embedded forms and uploads are processed by Tally; email is provided by Google Workspace. Depending on their infrastructure and configuration, information may be processed or stored outside Québec. These transfers must be assessed and appropriately governed.
Retention and security
Access is limited to authorized persons who need the information. We must apply a retention schedule and delete or anonymize information when no longer necessary or legally required. Sending an unsolicited résumé does not guarantee it will be retained or shared.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, corrections and, where provided by law, withdrawal of consent or deletion, by writing to contact@voltekrecrutement.ca.
Cookies and third parties
Our website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioral analytics tools. Embedded Tally forms may process technical information necessary for their operation. Please also consult the privacy policies of these service providers.
